Entrepreneurship in Perspective: Resilient Teams, Sustainable Ventures

English

Description

Entrepreneurship in Perspective offers students interested in entrepreneurship practical training on the skills and perspectives needed to develop ideas, work effectively with others and build sustainable ventures.

The program addresses four complementary areas: self-efficacy, teamwork, communication and sustainable innovation. Participants will explore strategies for promoting personal and professional well-being, such as boundary setting, prioritizing, and emotional regulation. They will explore how team composition, communication and leadership influence entrepreneurial teams and learn strategies for effective collaboration. A session on selling an idea and selling yourself as an entrepreneur develops communication skills for engaging potential users, investors and business partners. Finally, participants will learn how to apply a sustainable innovation canvas to consider the social and ecological impact of their business or non-profit ideas.

The workshop series comprises four sessions:
  • Time and stress management for entrepreneurs (Universidad Europea Valencia), 17th November 2026, 6-8 pm (CET)
  • Teamwork and team dynamics (South East European University), 26th November 2026, 6-8 pm (CET)
  • Designing for positive impact (Offenburg University of Applied Sciences), 10th December, 6-8 pm (CET)
  • Selling an idea, selling yourself as an entrepreneur (Mid Sweden University), 16th December, 10-12 am (CET)
Students can participate in the entire series or individual sessions.
